Unit housing
The panel is made of color steel plate or galvanized steel plate by molding and bending, and is connected with ABS Angle guard on both sides by pressure buckle to form the outer frame of the unit. The top of the outer frame is equipped with ABS outlet, and the outlet can be reversed to supply air in two directions.
coiler
The high quality Ø9.52mm copper pipe and louver type hydrophilic aluminum fins are used, and the copper pipe and aluminum sheet are tightly combined by the expanded tube. The collection head is forged with brass, the water flow is evenly distributed, and the overall heat transfer effect is ideal. The improved coil surface wind speed is greatly reduced, and the internal resistance of the unit can be effectively reduced.
Air blower
The wind wheel is a high efficiency and low noise multi-wing centrifugal blade, made of galvanized sheet, with high dynamic balance. The whole series adopts large diameter wind wheel to effectively reduce the fan speed and reduce the noise of the unit.
Electric machine
Adopt permanent magnet low noise capacitor motor, fully enclosed rolling bearing, no need to fill lubricating oil. The base is insulated from vibration by rubber anti-vibration pad to reduce movement noise.
Water tray
The one-piece "L" shaped plastic water tray ensures smooth drainage under various installation conditions.
