Frame construction

The frame structure adopts the concept of cold bridge design.

The internal surface of the unit is smooth, not easy to accumulate dust, suitable for the use of purification system.

The unit adopts modular design, the size modulus is 100mm, and the size of the unit increases or decreases by multiple of 100mm.

The panel adopts the double-layer sandwich sandwich structure, and the panel is surrounded by special aluminum profiles, which provides excellent heat insulation performance and excellent strength.

Polyurethane foam material is used inside the panel, and the foam density is 48kg/m³, which can effectively prevent cold transfer.

Panel standard configuration for inside and outside double steel plate, can also be selected according to the requirements of stainless steel plate and other materials.

Panel thickness of 25mm, 50mm two options.

Good sealing, very low air leakage rate

The skeleton and the panel are double sealed. The sealing material is rubber, which has good elasticity and anti-aging performance.

The sealing rubber is hollow design, with positive and negative pressure follow-up, both positive and negative pressure have self-compression function.

The panel is made of special aluminum alloy pressing plate fixed on the frame by screws, firm and reliable.

The air leakage rate of the unit box is less than 1% under the standard working condition of 1000Pa.

High heat transfer efficiency

The heat exchange coil is made of seamless copper tube and aluminum fin, which are closely combined by expanding tube.

Coil standard is available in 2-12 rows, aluminum fin standard is 2.5mm, other pitch specifications are also available.

The selection calculation program can optimize the parameters such as row number, sheet distance and circuit number of coil under the demand condition, so as to ensure that the actual use needs can be met.

Water tray

The surface cold coil is equipped with condensate pan, dry V-shaped design, with drainage slope, to ensure smooth discharge of condensate water. External insulation is applied to prevent condensation from forming.

Adopt DIDW double intake, double width and high efficiency low noise centrifugal fan.

Fan bearing selection of famous brand products, with self-aligning and self-locking function. Wind balancing accuracy reaches G4.0, greatly prolonging the service life of bearings.

Fan selection software can select high efficiency fans according to actual operating conditions. Ensure that the fan is operated at high efficiency and energy saving "working condition" points.

Fan drive

    Choose famous brand three-phase squirrel-cage type influenza motor, IP54 protection grade, F grade insulation. The motor is placed inside the fan section and jointly installed on the shock absorber bracket in the fan. The motor is equipped with an adjusting device, which can adjust the tightness of the belt.
