After the system water is discharged, in order to prevent rainwater from entering through the cooling tower, close the water main valve of the cooling tower and open the sewage valve of the collecting water tray of the cooling tower, so that rainwater can be discharged from the sewage valve in time.

Antifreezing of water refill pipe of cooling tower

Generally, the water refill pipe of the cooling tower is exposed to the outdoors. Most designers adopt the insulation method to prevent freezing, but in the actual use process, freezing damage often occurs even if the insulation is used.

In order to solve this problem, when the cooling tower water refill pipe is connected from the room, a valve is added, and a water discharge valve is added at the lowest point of the water refill pipe. When winter comes, the indoor valve is closed, and the lowest point of the water valve is opened, the outdoor water inside the pipe, so that the pipe does not need to be insulated and will not be frozen crack.

Four, the expansion tank of anti-freezing

The expansion tank is generally located in the equipment room on the roof or the top floor. Although there is thermal insulation on the surface of the expansion tank, and there is a circulation tube, but in actual use, the circulation tube can play a circulatory role very little. That is, in winter, there is water in the expansion tank in a low temperature environment for a long time, although it is insulated, it will still be frozen.

In order to solve this problem, a DN20 interface can be set up in the air conditioning water supply main pipe during construction, and a valve can be properly opened to ensure that the water in the tank is circulated. If the air conditioner is not used at night, the valve can be fully opened before the water pump stops, so that the water temperature in the expansion tank will rise, and the expansion tank will not freeze for a long time after the pump stops.

Five, fresh air system anti-freezing

The role of the fresh air unit is to send the outdoor fresh air into the room after treatment. In winter, the fresh air unit heats the outdoor cold air, that is, the fresh air unit table cooler directly contacts with the outside cold air. In order to prevent the table cooler from being frozen when the heating is stopped, the electric multi-leaf regulating valve should be added at the entrance of the fresh air, and the fresh air unit linkage. When the fresh air unit is running, the air valve is open, and when the fresh air organ is closed, the air valve is closed, which can prevent the fresh air unit and the refrigerant water pump from running, and the outdoor cold air will directly cool the water in the table cooler, so that the water is frozen and the table cooler is frozen.

Six, add antifreeze

In winter, the unit is not convenient to drain water and empty, and it is possible to cut off water and power. The equipment heating must be added with antifreeze, and it must be selected according to the local minimum temperature as an important parameter of antifreeze.
